Our monthly mentor group night is held across our 3 campuses- Randolph ES, Drew ES, and Gunston MS. During these events, our 4th-8th graders, along with their mentors, gather together (this year we are meeting virtually via Microsoft Teams), and are led in an engaging activity by a guest speaker. Outside of these monthly events, the mentor checks in on his/her mentee on a weekly basis through phone calls, and is encouraged to hang out with his/her mentee once a month on their own. The goal of this program is to help children reach their full potential through meaningful and positive relationships.
