Love Your City
The day is comprised of several small local community service projects where our group of volunteers are broken up into various teams and travel throughout the local area in order to meet the different needs that have been identified. Some examples of past services and projects from our event include feeding the homeless, yard work at a public school, visiting a teen pregnancy center, gardening at a homeless shelter, organizing activities at a teen detention enter, etc. This day allows for our volunteers to come together to use some of their greatest passions to meet their local community’s greatest needs in an effective and efficient manner.
